Aesir Software has demonstrated the ability to provide an insightful approach to business consulting. Many business consultants meet with client staff ask many standard questions in order to understand the client’s current policy and procedures in order to provide an organized analysis that reiterates the existing status quo back to the client. Aesir Software strives to challenge the client staff’s existing perception of their business processes in order to identify process and procedure synergies that allow for vast improvement in problem solving as well as process improvement.   

Aesir Software works closely with our clients in order to identify the proper personnel necessary to augment the client’s existing in house staff. Many of our clients do not have the opportunity or ability to keep in house personnel that is able to meet all of their needs for business consulting, IT application architecture, application design, application development, and application support. Many of our clients do not have the ability to maintain a fully staffed application design and development division in their existing IT departments. Therefore, many projects are delayed, overlooked, or simply ignored due to lack of staff. Staff Augmentation allows the client to match the proper staff in order to complete some of these projects.

Aesir Software has maintained a presence on the State of Florida’s IT State Term Contract. The State Term Contract is designed to allow the State of Florida to maintain a contractual relationship with a select group of IT vendors in order to simplify the purchasing process for IT related services. The State Term Contract vendors are the preferred IT vendors of the State of Florida for the purpose of providing a wide range of IT design, development, and support capabilities.
